DELIRIOUS WEST
STAGE BY STAGE
Delirious West consists of 21 different segments in the 200 Miler and 11 segments in the 100 Miler.
Each segment has its own character – from wild beaches and towering karri forests to remote aid stations and coastal cliffs. Breaking the race into segments helps runners and crew plan their strategy, rest points, and mental checkpoints. Whether you're tackling all 21 in the 200 Miler or 11 in the 100, each section tells its own story… and tests a different part of you.

Once you come down the other side, you will arrive in the outer streets of Denmark. Please follow the signage carefully through here as lots of streets. You will also leave the Bibbulmun Track as you get to the last several hundred metres from the Rec Centre so be vigilant to your GPX files and also keep an eye out for additional flagging we will put in only for this section from Monkey Rocks.

You’ll then run along Eden Road for a few kilometres, before heading south and up into the scrub and dunes again, snaking your way to Lowlands. You’ll hit the road and turn right to head down 300 metres to the beach and aid station.
