DELIRIOUS WEST
STAGE BY STAGE

Delirious West consists of 20 different segments in the 200 Miler and 10 segments in the 100 Miler.

Each segment has its own character – from wild beaches and towering karri forests to remote aid stations and coastal cliffs. Breaking the race into segments helps runners and crew plan their strategy, rest points, and mental checkpoints. Whether you're tackling all 20 in the 200 Miler or 10 in the 100, each section tells its own story… and tests a different part of you.
