REFUNDS & ROLLOVERS

Refunds and rollovers are permitted but are subject to the terms set out in the Race Manual.

QUALIFICATION

Due to the nature of a 200 or 100 mile event, it is hard to draw a line about what each runner can achieve, especially with runners coming from all over the world and not being familiar with each runner. As such, we have drawn the conclusion that each runner knows their own abilities better than anyone else and our philosophy will be that if you are delirious enough to consider entering, then you are delirious enough to enter.

Runners must be at least 18 years of age on the day of the race.

AID STATIONS

There will be 20 (10 for the 100 milers) aid stations providing water, tailwind, coke and a carefully selected menu with a variety of sweet and savoury meals, tea and coffee.

Please note that each aid station will vary with its menus and are there to assist you, but it is still highly recommended you have your preferred special requirements in the drop bags for each aid station especially those with dietary requirements.

You can find more information about our aid stations in the Race Manual, Stage By Stage page, and Crew Info page, including distances and crew accessibility.
